Our goal is to satisfy our Customers... by Exchange, Refund, or Repair.
If for any reason you are less than completely satisfied with your purchase,
just contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery and we will replace it,
exchange it, or refund the purchase price less the original shipping cost.
Before sending back the item, the return must be authorized. Please contact
us for a Return Authorization number and a ship to address. Unauthorized
returned package will be sent back without opening.
The item must be returned in the same condition as delivered with its
original packing material. Return items that are damaged or missing
components are subject to repair and/or replacement charges.
We encourage that the returned item to be insured, as we do not cover return
shipping losses.
All the packages we send out have insurance; if the items were damaged in
shipping, please contact us immediately.
The delivered date will be according to the Fedex or UPS tracking system.
Items authorized for return must be received within ten (10) days. After ten
days, the package will be returned back to the sender without opening.
Return of non-defective items after 7 days but within 14 days of delivery
will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. After 14 days, returns of
non-defective items will not be accepted.
This policy does not include service to repair damage to the product
resulting from accident, disaster, misuse, abuse, or non-TokenWorks
modification of the product.
We do not pay, or reimburse for return shipment, but we do cover the cost of
shipping any replacement merchandise to you.
We will replace or repair any defective
merchandise, upon its return, within 1 year of shipment. If this situation
arises, please call or e-mail us and we will issue you a Return
Authorization (RA) number and a ship to address. Once the RA number is
assigned to you, please ship the item and all enclosures back to us in the
original packaging with the RA number clearly marked on the outside of the
package. After it arrives we will inspect and either repair or replace.
This policy does not include service to repair damage to the product
resulting from accident, disaster, misuse, abuse, or non-TokenWorks
modification of the product.

Our
preferred method of payment is via the Web shopping cart using credit cards
processed by Google or PayPal.
We
also accept money orders, cashier's checks and personal checks. Please

Please allow 7-10 business days for checks to clear. Please
include shipping costs which are shown in the on-line web shopping cart.
We also accept CODs with secured funds (Money Order, Cashier Check).

Fedex Overnight, 2-Day and Express Saver, depending on availability.
For credit card orders, shipment to confirmed addresses
only. Please do not request shipment to a non-confirmed address. Phone credit card orders will also only be shipped to
