Desktop connectivity software included
All CardVisor packages come with Desktop connectivity hardware and
software to easily manage the transaction data. Just drop
the Handspring handheld into its Hotsync™ cradle, press the Hotsync button and
transaction data is quickly downloaded to your PC. The Desktop
software from Palm™ software runs on both
Windows™ and
Macintosh™
computers.

Exporting transaction data in tab separated or comma separated
format is as simple as highlighting the desired transactions,
selecting File and then Export. Once saved, it is a snap to
import into hundreds of desktop applications like Microsoft™ Excel™,
Access™, ACT2000™, Goldmine™, etc.
Export Utility
There are two methods to moving the license data from the Palm
Desktop to Microsoft Excel. The first method involves manually
exporting the data from the Palm Desktop to a text file and then
opening the file using the import wizard of Microsoft Excel. In Mid
2007, MemoPad2CSV software was introduced. It automates the process
and most users will find it easier than the original method detailed
below. It is about 28Mbytes in size and is found on the
CardVisor CD which ships with the product. Below is a download
